Wellness Protocol for Spa Phoebe:

The doors will be unlocked about 10mins before your appointment time. If they are still locked when you arrive someone will be with you shortly.
Face masks are now optional depending on your recent travel history and health. Your service provider may ask to take your temperature with a non-touch thermometer and ask you Wellness questions if applicable.
Before your service you will also be asked to either sanitize or wash your hands.
